A Risk Assessment, sometimes called Structured Evaluation, is a set of tests and measures that can help your care team get a more objective understanding of your PAH.

Structured Evaluation & Your Treatment Plan 

Risk Assessments, sometimes called Structured Evaluations, should be conducted by your care team every 3-6 months. A common type of Risk Assessment (or Structure Evaluation) consists of six tests, including:

Changes in Risk Status
